Hotelcard guarantees that you will always get the lowest price

We guarantee that when using your Hotelcard you will receive the best possible price available at the time you make the booking. Should you find the same room offered at a cheaper price on the same date on another website, please inform our customer service department:

Insofar as the following criteria are met we are happy to adjust the price offered at accordingly:

  1. The check-in and check-out dates must be the same.
  2. The hotel/accommodation must be the same one.
  3. The room category must be the same.
  4. Both offers are subject to the same conditions (breakfast, additional services, cancellation terms, etc.).

  1. Please inform us immediately concerning the other, cheaper offer and send us the link to the relevant website. The link must show the lower price.
  2. The other offer must still be available on line at the time we check.

Should deviations from the above-mentioned criteria mean that we not be able to adjust our offer, then, in accordance with the Hotelcard AG General Terms and Conditions of Business, the cancellation terms of the relevant hotel will apply.

Please note that our best price guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • The other offer does not make clear which hotel/accommodation and which room category it applies to.
  • If the price stated in the other offer is a special members-only price or the offer is a loyalty points / quantity discount for frequent stays or any other kind of bonus programs.
  • If you only inform us about the other offer after checking in at your accommodation.
