Frequently asked questions

Is my Hotelcard transferable?

The Hotelcard is personal, as it carries your name, therefore is not transferable.

Upon buying a Hotelcard, you enter a contract with an undetermined length. Therefore, the Hotelcard membership extends automatically by 12 additional months after expiry of its validity.

The 1-year Hotelcard costs CHF 99.00 and is valid for 12 months.
The 2-years Hotelcard costs CHF 173.00 and is valid for 24 months.
The 3-years Hotelcard costs CHF 247.00 and is valid for 36 months.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to the expiry date of the Hotelcard. You can proceed to your cancellation per email à office@hotelcard.ch or send a letter to Hotelcard AG, Hofstettenstrasse 15, 3600 Thun. The termination of your Hotelcard can be submitted also with the cancellation form. Please note that the cancellation only takes effect when confirmed by Hotelcard AG.
