Our winning hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful Beverin Nature Park surrounded by the breathtaking Grisons mountains. The historic building from the 1930s was renovated in 2011. During the renovation work, special attention was paid to enhancing the building without losing the charm of the 1930s.

Through the Averstal to Lago di Lei
In only 30 minutes by car you can reach Lago di Lei through the beautiful Averstal. The reservoir is almost 8 km long and located almost completely in Italy. Only the dam wall, which is over 140 metres high, and the access tunnel are located in Switzerland. Be sure to make a stopover at the Rifugio Baita del Capriolo. It is almost unbeatable in Italianità and serves the most delicious Pizzoccheri - a real insider tip!

The mystical Viamala Canyon
In addition to the countless hiking and biking routes around Wergenstein, the Viamala Canyon, which is up to 300 metres high, is also worth a visit. A particularly impressive experience for everyone is canyoning in the canyon, which is carried out from June to September. Swim and slide through the impressive canyon - a pure nature experience.
