In addition, the hotel is only a few steps away from the cable car to the Portes Du Soleil.
Recommendations for the region of Champéry
Numerous cycling and hiking routes in the region are waiting to be discovered by you. If you like to be active on the road, this is the right place for you.
The area around Champéry can be quickly explored on a scooter descent. Over a distance of 10km, 1'000 metres in altitude difference are overcome. A tingling in the stomach is guaranteed.

Swimming fun for lake lovers: Astra Hotel Vevey
The Astra Hotel Vevey is located in the heart of the city of Vevey on the Swiss Riviera. It welcomes its guests with stylish, modern rooms, a rooftop bar, and spacious spa & fitness facilities with an outdoor Jacuzzi.
A lot of bathing fun can be found on Lake Geneva. The Vevey Corseaux lido, for example, offers various swimming pools and direct access to the lake.
Our tips for Vevey
Charlie Chaplin lived in the region for many years. In his honour, a bronze statue was erected on the promenade of Vevey. One gets to know more about his life and his work in the exciting museum Chaplin's World. This is located in the Villa Manoir de Ban in Crosier-sur-Vevey, Chaplin's last residence.

Our tips for Bad Zurzach
Away from the baths, Bad Zurzach entices you with leisurely walks along the Rhine. The old salt-drilling towers dating back to 1912 are striking here.
If you are sportier, you can hike through the shady forest to the Achenberg. Upstairs, a home-brewed beer under the leafy canopy of a large chestnut tree is the reward in the inn.
On the Kirchlibuck you can marvel at the remains of a Roman fort. Bad Zurzach has so many hidden treasures to offer besides the spa!
