In case of cancellation: If your cancellation falls outside the cancellation period of 21 days prior to arrival, you will receive a credit note in the form of a voucher worth 80% of the total amount of your stay. The 80% refund in the form of a voucher can only be made once payment of the total amount has been received. The voucher can be redeemed for a further stay within two years. Cancellations are free of charge at any time within the cancellation period of 21 days prior to arrival.
A Tube Covid-19: This is a tube scarf with integrated mask, specially created for winter sports. It keeps you nice and warm on the slopes and protects you from the cold during lift rides. The neck tube complies with the recommendations of the Swiss National COVID-19 Science Task Force of the FOPH.
A small bottle of disinfectant, which is easy to take with you on the slopes.
A small tube of sunscreen for the perfect day at altitude.
Our snow guarantee: should the cable cars be closed due to lack of snow, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount of your reservation (applies only in case of lack of snow; not in case of storm, wind or similar).
