Automatic renewal

When you purchase a Hotelcard membership (subscription), you are concluding an open-ended contract. This has the advantage that your membership (subscription) will automatically be extended upon its expiry date. The majority of our members already extend their memberships (subscriptions) without any interruption - perhaps you will join them?

Cancellation

We will remind you about the upcoming cancellation date option by email in good time before your Hotelcard membership (subscription) is automatically extended. This gives you enough time to cancel your Hotelcard by the stated date should you no longer wish to take advantage of the benefits offered by your membership. You can cancel your Hotelcard at any time as long as you comply with the current period of notice.
